GHOULS & GOURDS | VENDOR SPACE
Saturday, October 24 | Old Putnam County Fairgrounds, Cookeville
Join us for Ghouls & Gourds, a full day of fall and Halloween fun alongside the RaceTN Series Justin Brown Memorial Halloween Race! The day will feature vendors, food, live music, the Tennessee Mum Tour, a pumpkin patch, Trunk or Treat and racing!
Vendor spaces are available in 10'x10', 10'x20' and 10'x30' sizes. Registration includes your designated space only. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays and other setup needs.
Power is available for an additional $25. Vendors purchasing power must provide their own outdoor-rated extension cords.
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM and all booths must be completely set up and ready by 11:30 AM. Vendors must remain open until at least 8:00 PM.
Vendors are encouraged to participate in Trunk or Treat from 3:00–4:00 PM by handing out candy directly from their booths. Costumes and Halloween-themed booth decorations are encouraged!
Please Note: This is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor categories may be limited to prevent excessive duplication.
