Get ready for Ghouls & Gourds! We’re taking over the Old Putnam County Fairgrounds for a full day of fall fun, Halloween festivities, shopping, live music, pumpkins, mums, trick-or-treating and racing alongside the RaceTN Series Justin Brown Memorial Halloween Race.
Shop a field full of local vendors, grab your Halloween pumpkins from the pumpkin patch, visit the final Tennessee Mum Tour stop, enjoy live music, come dressed in costume and bring the kids out for Trunk or Treat before the racing action gets underway!
Admission is $5 at the gate and children 5 & under are FREE.

The Race TN Series takes over at 3:00 PM as drivers from across the region battle it out in a night of nonstop action.

Trunk or Treat throughout the festival! Vendors are encouraged to participate right from their booths, so bring the kids dressed up and ready to trick or treat.
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Live music in the Pumpkin Patch.
4:00 PM
RaceTN Series Justin Brown Memorial Halloween Race begins.

Vendors may begin closing for the evening.

Event concludes.
Race entries and participation are priced separately through RaceTN. General admission into the fairgrounds is $5 per person, with children 5 & under free.
VENDOR MARKET HOURS

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM minimum
Vendors are welcome to remain open through the conclusion of the event at 10:00 PM, but must remain set up and open until at least 8:00 PM.
All vendors must be completely set up and ready for guests by 11:30 AM.
VENDOR LOAD-IN
Vendor load-in begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 24.
All vehicles, trailers and unnecessary equipment must be removed from the vendor area in time for booths to be completely set up by 11:30 AM.
Vendor parking is free. Designated vendor parking, load-in routes, booth locations and additional instructions will be included on the vendor map provided prior to the event.
VENDOR BOOTH OPTIONS
10' x 10' Booth — $75
10' x 20' Booth — $120
10' x 30' Booth — $150
Power — Additional $25
Booth fees reserve your designated space only. Vendors are responsible for providing all equipment needed for their setup, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, weights and other supplies.
Food vendors are welcome and use the same booth pricing listed above.
POWER & ELECTRICITY
Limited power is available for an additional $25 fee.
Vendors purchasing power must bring their own outdoor-rated extension cords and any additional equipment needed to safely reach their designated power source.
Power must be selected and paid for during vendor registration. Vendors who do not purchase power should plan to operate without access to event electricity.
IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION
Ghouls & Gourds is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.
Vendors should come prepared for changing weather conditions and bring appropriate tent weights, coverings and supplies necessary to protect their booth and merchandise.
Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We generally welcome vendors of all types; however, event management reserves the right to limit excessive duplication within a particular product or vendor category if necessary.
Your booth purchase automatically confirms your vendor space. A separate approval process is not required.
All vendor booth purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Specific booth assignments, vendor parking, load-in instructions and the event map will be provided to registered vendors prior to the event.
TRUNK OR TREAT
We want our vendors to be part of the Halloween fun!
Trunk or Treat will take place from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, and participating vendors are encouraged to hand out candy directly from their booths.
Decorate your booth, dress up with your team and help us create a fun Halloween experience throughout the festival for the kids!
TENNESSEE MUM TOUR
Ghouls & Gourds will also feature a stop on the Tennessee Mum Tour!
Shop beautiful fall mums and add a little more fall color to your porch while you’re at the fairgrounds.
THE PUMPKIN PATCH
Need pumpkins before Halloween? We’ve got you covered.
Stop by the Ghouls & Gourds Pumpkin Patch to shop pumpkins and gourds, take in the fall atmosphere and enjoy live music in the patch from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
RACETN SERIES
Ghouls & Gourds is happening alongside the RaceTN Series Justin Brown Memorial Halloween Race, bringing Halloween festivities and racing together for one huge Saturday at the Old Putnam County Fairgrounds.
Racing begins at 4:00 PM and continues into the evening.
Race entries and participation fees are handled separately through RaceTN. General admission at the fairgrounds is $5 per person, with children 5 & under free.
